About Eseosa Ekhauere
Eseosa is an accomplished real estate and finance executive whose career spans leadership roles in banking, real estate investment, and project development. As Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Midesa Projects, he brings a distinctive blend of financial acumen, strategic foresight, and industry experience to drive the company’s growth and innovation in property development and real estate finance across Nigeria and beyond.
With an academic foundation rooted in some of the world’s most respected institutions, Eseosa holds an MSc in Economics (International Real Estate Markets) from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland; a Hotel Real Estate Investment Certificate from Cornell University, USA; a Construction Project Management Certificate from Columbia University, USA; and a Diploma in International Housing Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA. This diverse educational background has equipped him with a global perspective on real estate markets and capital structuring.
Before joining Midesa Projects, Eseosa served as CEO, Comercio Partners Property Development Company (CPPD), Head of Real Estate Finance & Mortgages at Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc and later as Head of Projects & Real Estate Finance at Zenith Bank Plc, where she led major transactions that shaped Nigeria’s modern real estate landscape. His deep understanding of real estate investment, project finance, and structured lending has positioned him as a thought leader and a trusted advisor in the sector.
Throughout his career, Eseosa has successfully structured and managed landmark transactions, including the construction and sale of a 20-unit luxury residential development in Ikoyi valued at over USD $30 million, a USD $15 million debt funding for a retail facility in Maryland, Lagos, a USD $50 million office complex on Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island, and USD $70 million retail developments in Enugu and Abuja. He also led a USD $22 million funding program for over 300 residential units developed for the Nigerian Police Cooperative and Lagos State’s CHIOS Homes project.
